Daniel Long ve videu varoval před kazateli, kteří manipulují s lidmi, aby dávali desátky (finance). Specificky zmínil kazatele Michaela Todda a Stepfdick, kteří podle něj špatně využívají Bibli k vymáhání desátků. Long zdůraznil, že Bůh nechtěl, aby lidé dávali desátky pod nátlakem, a že nedávání desátků neznamená automaticky okrádání Boha, jak někteří kazatelé tvrdí. Místo toho zdůraznil, že dávání by mělo být svobodné a z vlastní vůle, bez nátlaku.

Bring all the tithes into the storehouse. God, give me a sign. In, I'll tithe. Give me a sign. You know you're already supposed to do it. You know you're already do. God said the command is the confirmation. I don't know how it might apply in your life, but it might be the person in business who says, "God bless my business," but they're not willing to tithe. You don't bring the whole tithe, and then you're cursed with a curse for robbing me. I don't care if you ain't got but two nickels. Give him the first one. I ain't got to pray over my money. My God, the devil tries to touch it. God goes, "Get your hand off Justin's money. He's a tither." If our ministry is blessing your life, then you need to give the tithe to the ministry that's blessing your life. Quite simple. Then we need to, number two, we need to protect our prosperity by giving tithes and offerings. And I don't care what Mega Church Pastor said this year, that TI is not biblical. That's a lie from the pit of Hell. You need help feeding your babies. God bless your darling heart. Then you ought to be helped. But I'm going to tell you something. You need to be tith in all F help. So stop being cursed.
Hello, everyone. Welcome to "Long for Truth." My name is Daniel Long, and sitting next to me is my lovely wife, Robin. Hello, everyone. So today we are going to be talking about tithing. And the reason tithing, tithing, tithing, tithing, the reason why we're going to be talking about tithing is because there's this idea that unless you are tithing, unless you are tithing either to your favorite Ministry or to your local church, God cannot bless you. He wants to. He wants to. He can't. But it's extremely difficult for him to do because you are blocking God. And that's why we want to unburden you from the false teaching of tithing. So that's what we're going to try to do today. Wonderful. Why don't we jump right in and see what Michael Todd has to say about tithing? Literally, in my prayer, this is what me and God's conversation went like. He said, "You need to repent." I was like, "For what?" He said, "You've been teaching Malachi 3 wrong." I was like, "Okay." He said, "You got me all messed up." And me and God got a real kind of like gangster relationship. And so he was like, "You got me all messed up." I was like, "God." He was like, "You have misinterpreted my heart behind the scriptures." And that's why people don't want to have nothing to do with churches because they think I want them for their money. And he said, "I don't want them for their money. And if you ever teach that again," he said, "We going to hand. We going to have words." Said, "I don't want them words." So, I want us to look at this. But I got to give you the revelation first. How many people have heard that scripture, "Can a man rob God?" Can a man rob God? And usually when people say this, people are trying to infer that if you don't give tithe and offering, you're robbing God of money. And when I read that, that's what I thought forever. And God said, "You got me all messed up." He said, "What they're doing when they don't give tithe and offering is, write this down, he said, 'You're robbing me of an opportunity to bless you.' He said, 'So when you don't tithe, when you don't give offering, you're robbing me of an opportunity to bless you.'" So, write this point down. Don't rob God of an opportunity to bless you. God don't need your money. You need to give your money because every time you give or return the tithe, you have just now qualified yourself for an opportunity for God to bless you. Okay, so first of all, Michael Todd is not hearing from God. I promise you folks, God did not tell that to him. But secondly, Robin, he is taking Malachi 3:8-11 out of its context because God is not saying, "Hey listen, if you don't tithe, you're robbing me," not in tithes and offerings, but in a way that in an area or in a way that I can bless you. Perhaps you two have a gangster relationship with God, and so you understand where Michael Todd is coming from. I do not. It amazes me sometimes when I hear the likes of Michael Todd and these other people, that the way that they speak of God, very, very disrespectful, very even borderline blasphemous. It's just extremely awful. So anyway, like I said, God's not speaking to Michael Todd about the tithe. So do you want to go ahead and read Malachi? I would, yes. Okay. Malachi 3:8-11, "Will man rob God? Yet you are robbing me. But you say, 'How have we robbed you?' In your tithes and contributions, you are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing me the whole nation of you. Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of Heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need. I will rebuke the Devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of your soil, and your vine in the field shall not fail to bear, says the Lord of hosts." So when you put Malachi 3:8-11 back into its context and you look at it within the entirety of the book, the whole of the book, because Malachi only has four chapters, it's a very easy book to get through. God is not just rebuking the people of Judah for not bringing the tithes in, but he's also rebuking the priests for not teaching correctly and for bringing lame, blind, and sick sacrifices rather than what they were supposed to be sacrificing, the best, without blemish, without spot. And they were so they were bringing those sacrifices and God was rebuking the entire nation also for the way they were living, for how they were treating one another, and for the immorality that was going on and for even for the sorcery there. The point of this is that the point of this passage is that this is specifically for the nation of Judah under the Mosaic Covenant. If you go through the New Testament Epistles, Paul, Peter, James, John, none of them mention tithing, none of them. And if this was a New Testament requirement, you better believe they would have mentioned tithing right, especially because Paul does talk about giving. So, I think he could have thrown the word tithing in there if that were part of what we were supposed to be doing at this point. That is exactly right. That's exactly right. Michael Todd incorrectly teaches that God is he's got his hands tight until you're putting that tithing right into the offering plate and then he can bless you. He's just like, "I just want to bless you, but I can't until you're giving 10%." And that is the theme of what you are going to see in every single clip we play to you because this folks is a form of manipulation to get you to give. That's what this is. And you know, Stepfdick also of course preaches on Malachi and we have a clip of that. And this is why God was frustrated in the Book of Malachi because the word of the Lord had gone forth, but the people had blocked it. And God has, God has been pushed to his limit with his people, not because he's not because he's stopped loving them, but because there's so much he wants to bless them with, but they keep blocking him from blessing them. And he begs them. He begs them, unblock me. He says in Malachi 3:10, unblock me, bring the whole tidee into the storehouse, bring me what is mine. And when you bring it, there will be food in my house. Put me to the test and see if I will not, something is blocking the people from the blessing of God. It is their refusal to put God first. He said, but if you would unblock me, I would bless you. I would put it back up. I would open the windows of Heaven. There's no shortage of supply, but you keep blocking me. There's no shortage of joy, but you keep blocking me. There is no limit to how many people we can reach if we would stop blocking God. If more than 23% of the church would tithe, there would be no limit to how many campuses we could build. So again, there you can see with sterck a form of manipulation there. Now, I think the true colors came out right at the end. How many campuses could we build if you would just tithe? Now one thing that I want to say, both of us want to say, is that we do believe that the Bible does talk about giving and we should be giving, but not under compulsion as we're going to see and we have the freedom to give what we want to give.

Řekl: "Zamotal jsi mi hlavu." A já a Bůh máme docela gangsterský vztah. A tak říkal: "Zamotal jsi mi hlavu." Já na to: "Bože." On na to: "Říkáš mému srdci za bibli." A proto lidi nechtějí mít nic společného s kostely, protože si myslí, že je chci kvůli penězům. A řekl: "Nechci je kvůli penězům. A kdybys to ještě někdy učil," řekl, "budeme mít slova." "Nechci tato slova." Takže chci, abychom se na to podívali. Ale nejprve ti musím dát zjevení. Kolik lidí slyšelo toto písmo, může člověk okrást Boha? Je pro mě úžasné někdy slyšet lidi jako Michael Todda a tyto další, jak mluví o Bohu, velmi velmi nedůstojně, až hranici rouhání, je to extrémně strašné a, jak řeknu, Bůh nemluví k Michaelovi Toddovi o desátcích, takže chcete jít dál a číst Malachiáše. Budu ano, dobrá. Malachiáš 3 8-11: "Může člověk okrádat Boha? A přesto mě okrádáte. Ale vy říkáte: jak jsme tě okradli v tvých desátcích a příspěvcích? Jste prokleti kletbou, protože mě okrádáte. Celý národ z vás přináší desátek do pokladny, aby bylo jídlo v mém domě a tím mě podrobujete testu, praví Hospodin zástupů. Když tedy vložíte Malachiáše kapitolu 3 verše 8-11 zpět do kontextu a podíváte se na to v celém rámci knihy, celá kniha, protože Malachiáš má pouze čtyři kapitoly, je to velmi snadná kniha na přečtení, Bůh nejenže kárá lidi judského za to, že nedávají desátky, ale také kárá kněze za to, že nevyučují správně a za to, že přinášejí chromé, slepé a nemocné oběti místo toho, co by měli obětovat, nejlepší, bez vady, bez poskvrny, a tak přinášejí tyto oběti a on Bůh kárá celý národ také za to, jak žijí, za to, jak se k sobě chovají, za neřest, která se děje, za i za kouzelnictví tam. Takže pointa tohoto je, že cílem tohoto pasáže je, že to je specifické pro národ Judů pod Mojžíšovým smluvním pokud projdete Novozákonními listy Pavla Petra Jakuba Jana žádný z nich nezmíní desátky. Žádný z nich a kdyby toto byla novozákonní povinnost, určitě by to zmínili, zejména proto, že Pavel mluví o dávání, takže myslím, že by mohl hodit slovo desátky tam, kdyby to bylo součástí toho, co bychom měli dělat v tomto okamžiku to je přesně tak, že to je přesně to, Michael Todd nesprávně učí, že Bůh má ruce stažené, dokud nepoukládáte ten desátek přímo do pokladny a pak vás může žehnat. Pokud by desetina procent církve dávala, neexistovalo by omezení, kolik kampusů bychom mohli postavit. Takže opět můžete vidět formu manipulace. Teď si myslím, že pravé barvy vyšly najevo právě na konci. Kolik kampusů bychom mohli postavit, kdybyste jenom dávali desátky? Jedna věc, kterou chci říct, oba jsme si jisti, že Bible mluví o dávání a že bychom měli dávat, ale ne pod nátlakem, jak uvidíme, a máme svobodu dávat to, co chceme dát.
